How do I log into the Member Account page?
To access member account areas, you must first register as a member. Once this is done, please log in to your account by entering the e-mail address and password that you submitted. You may choose to log in either at the top of the page, or by clicking on the "Order" tab.

How do I modify my account information?
Once you log in to your account, you will be taken to the My Account page. Click on "Account Information" to view and edit your account information. Please note that changes made online will apply to new orders only. Should you need to change your address or other contact information while an order is already in process, please contact us directly.

How is my information kept secured?
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology is utilized on our order form section to protect your information. For your safety, credit card information is not retained by ever after upon completion of payment transaction. For more information on your safety and security, please review our privacy policy.

How do I join (or unsubscribe from) the mailing list?
When you register to become a member, you are asked whether you would like to receive mailings from ever after. To either subscribe or unsubscribe from the mailing list once you are a registered member, log in to your account, and click on "Account Information." You will be able to indicate your mailing list preference.

What should I do if I forgot my password?
Click on the "Order" tab, then click the "Forgot Password?" link. You will be asked to enter the e-mail address that you registered with us when you created your account. Your password will be sent to this address.
