What types of images are accepted?
We accept digital photo files as well as scans of photographs, artwork, letters, and other items.
We have the right to refuse the submission or usage of "prohibited materials," either in the form of images or text. Please refer to our terms and conditions for details.

How are photos and images submitted for use in the photo book?
Photos and images are submitted to us on a CD-ROM by postal mail.

What is the suggested resolution for submitted images?
All image files submitted must be in JPEG format.
The suggested resolution for all images is 180 dpi - 200 dpi.
Please note that we accept images up to a maximum resolution of 300 dpi.
Images with a resolution lower than 180 dpi will not print sharply and are therefore not recommended for submission. Under most circumstances, images with a resolution higher than 200 dpi will not produce a better quality print.

What is the suggested image size?
We recommend that images are submitted at a size of 1600 pixels by 1200 pixels for best printing results in all sizes.
Images submitted at a size of 800 pixels by 600 pixels will be printed no larger than 4 inches by 6 inches.

What color profiles are accepted for images?
Images must be in RGB or sRGB color profile. Please do not submit images in CMYK.

Can I submit image files that are of higher resolution or larger in size than the specified guidelines?
Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis if images are submitted to us on a CD-ROM. Please contact us for details and arrangements.

When will my image be cropped?
Images that you submit may be cropped according to the page layout and design; for example, to focus on or accentuate a certain feature of the photograph. This is done at the discretion of the designer.
Please feel free to note in your comments when submitting your order, should you prefer for your photographs not to be cropped.
