How do I place an order for the first time?
In order to place an order with ever after, simply contact us with some basic information on the type of photo collection that you are looking to make. We will reply to your inquiry within 24 hours (one business day).

Will I need to download any software to place my order?
There is no additional software required to place your order. We do not require customers to download and install software to design their photo book themselves. Based on your selections and instructions, our design staff handles the arrangement and layout of each and every order by hand, resulting in a truly custom designed collection.

How do we submit photos for our order?
Image files may be sent to us on a CD-ROM by postal mail. We can also make other arrangements upon request during your consultation.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once submitted, orders take approximately 1 month to complete.

How can I check on the status of my order?
Please contact us to check on your order status. You may also contact the designer in charge of your account at anytime by their e-mail address provided to you during your initial consultation.
