Why does my credit card statement show charges posted by CYO A PROD (cyo-A productions, LLC)?
Orders placed at ever after are posted on your credit card statement as "CYO A PROD" (or cyo-A productions, LLC) for the payee. This is our parent company responsible for issuing of all billing.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept personal checks, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.

Will I be charged sales tax?
The ever after main office is located in Honolulu, Hawaii. Therefore, all orders shipped within the State of Hawaii will be charged the general excise tax as required by law.

What is your refund policy?
Should your order be defective, please notify us in writing of your desire for, and reason that you are requesting a reprint or refund. Upon approving your request, we will either:
- Reprint your order at no additional charge (not including shipping fees), or
- Refund you your purchase price (less shipping fees plus a processing fee of $10 per book)
